- 1Inspect all door rope seals. Note the correct configuration: baking and simmer oven doors have a GAP in the rope seal; the roasting oven door has NO gap.
- 2Check door fit and hinge adjustment.
- 3Confirm every thermocouple conduit has its sealing bung fitted.
- 4Check insulation condition.
- 5Educate the customer about draping cloths over the control door.
