Diagnostics
How a technician diagnoses it
Our technicians follow the factory diagnostic path for this fault.
- 1Elise 48 orifice reference (natural gas / LP, in units used by the service manual): centre burner 205 / 118, right front burner 112 / 68. See the manual's full orifice table for all burners.
- 2Remove burner heads and undo the large brass nuts to change orifices.
- 3Access the gas regulator by removing the storage drawer.
- 4Confirm LP supply pressure is correct for proper operation.
Safety first
LP conversion must be done by a licensed technician with a manometer. Never mix orifice sets.
