Diagnostics
How a technician diagnoses it
Our technicians follow the factory diagnostic path for this fault.
- 1Check the rinse agent level indicator: dark visual indicator = enough, light = refill.
- 2Confirm the dispenser lid is closed after refilling and wipe up any spillage.
- 3Advise letting dishes cool for 15 minutes with the door open and unloading the lower rack first.
- 4If those pass, test the heating element.
