## What we collect

When you submit the booking form we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), city, appliance details and your description of the problem.

## How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your service request, schedule and perform the repair, and keep service records. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with marketers.

## Where it is stored

Form submissions are processed and stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (Workers KV) and delivered to our business inbox at service@aga.repair.

## Spam protection

The booking form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process device signals to distinguish humans from bots, governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.

## Your choices

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing service@aga.repair or calling 206-427-7323.
