## What is usually behind it

- Wrong orifices for the gas type (most common)
- Gas regulator not switched for LP (common)
- Incorrect LP supply pressure (common)

## How a technician diagnoses it

1. Elise 48 orifice reference (natural gas / LP, in units used by the service manual): centre burner 205 / 118, right front burner 112 / 68. See the manual's full orifice table for all burners.
2. Remove burner heads and undo the large brass nuts to change orifices.
3. Access the gas regulator by removing the storage drawer.
4. Confirm LP supply pressure is correct for proper operation.
