## How a technician diagnoses it

1. R7 oven targets: roast approx. 230 °C / 446 °F, bake approx. 175 °C / 347 °F, slow cook approx. 115 °C / 239 °F.
2. The oven thermocouple and overheat thermostat phials are mounted in the roof of the roast oven — remove the phial location bracket to replace.
