## How a technician diagnoses it

1. Set the freezer control on.
2. Wait out a possible defrost cycle (about 30 minutes) before diagnosing further.
3. Ensure the plug is tight in the outlet.
4. Check or replace the fuse with a 15 amp time-delay fuse; reset the breaker.
5. Check house lights and call the electric company if needed.
