## How it is fixed

Check the installation of the range — confirm there is sufficient ventilation and that the cooling airflow is not obstructed. Can also be triggered in extreme cases by a cooking utensil being allowed to boil dry. On the AGA ERA, E2 is also associated with poor-quality or non-induction-suitable cookware; continued use may cause serious damage to the hob.
