## How a technician diagnoses it

1. Check the rinse agent level indicator: dark visual indicator = enough, light = refill.
2. Confirm the dispenser lid is closed after refilling and wipe up any spillage.
3. Advise letting dishes cool for 15 minutes with the door open and unloading the lower rack first.
4. If those pass, test the heating element.
