Occasional issue — here is how we diagnose it, which parts are usually involved, and when to call a pro.

**Occasional** · Professional repair only

## What you will notice

- CE on the customer display
- Code 003
- Panel dead but cooker has power

## What is usually behind it

- COMS cable connector unseated at the PCB or fascia (most common)
- COMS cable damaged along its route inside the cooker (common)
- PCB or TCU socket damage (less common)

## How a technician diagnoses it

1. Check the connection and condition of the COMS cable and the sockets on both the PCB and the fascia.
2. Test cable continuity end to end.
3. The connector at the PCB GSM port has a spring clip — push to release, do not pull.
