All-electric cast-iron AGA with capacitance touch-screen control and full independent control of all five cooking zones. Replaced the AGA Total Control.

## AGA Classic eR7 overview

All-electric cast-iron AGA with capacitance touch-screen control and full independent control of all five cooking zones. Replaced the AGA Total Control.

Replaced the **AGA Total Control** in the AGA lineup.

### Configuration

- **Width (in):** 39
- **Ovens:** 3
- **Hotplates:** 2
- **Zones:** boiling plate (hotspot), simmer plate, roast oven, baking oven, simmer oven
- **Oven Settings:** Roast Oven R9, R8, R7, R6, B4; Baking Oven B1, B2, B3, B4; Simmer Oven preset
- **Preset Temps:** Boiling Plate (°C) 330; Boiling Plate (°F) 626; Simmer Plate (°C) 200; Simmer Plate (°F) 392

### Technical

- **Hotplate Element kW:** 2.5
- **Oven Element kW:** 2.5
- **Element Resistance Ohm:** 18–22
- **Total Connected kW:** 17.5
- **Supply:** 240V 60Hz, 30A dedicated circuit, factory-fitted NEMA 14-50P plug
- **Power Sharing:** PCB limits to three active elements at any one time so a 30A supply is sufficient despite ~76A of connected load
- **Element Note:** Boiling plate and simmer plate use the same 2.5kW circular element. All three ovens use the same 2.5kW rectangular element part number; roast and bake ovens have two (roof + base), simmer oven has one (base) driven at 50% power by the PCB.
- **Thermocouples:** Duplex type, identical for every cooking zone. 4 wires at the plug; each thermocouple is one green + one white conductor. TCU rear is marked BO / HS / SS / SO / RO.
